Dr. Lucjan Samson, MD, PhD, is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in arthroscopic procedures. He graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Medical Academy in 1999. He received his specialist title in orthopedics and musculoskeletal traumatology in 2007, and earned his PhD in medical sciences in 2008. He continues to expand his professional experience through collaboration with the Clinical Department of Orthopedics and Musculoskeletal Traumatology at Gdański Uniwersytet Medyczny. He continuously advances his qualifications by participating in courses and training programs in Poland and abroad. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the musculoskeletal system, as well as post-traumatic rehabilitation. He performs cruciate ligament reconstructions, treatment of meniscal injuries, repair of articular cartilage damage, and within the shoulder joint, labral and capsular reconstructions as well as treatment of rotator cuff injuries.
