Psychiatrist
Dr. Przemysław Sieracki graduated from the Medical University of Gdańsk in 2008. He completed his one-year postgraduate internship at the University Clinical Center in Gdańsk. In 2015, he finished his residency training in psychiatry at the Adult Psychiatry Clinic of the University Clinical Center in Gdańsk. He also completed a four-year postgraduate program in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy at SWPS Sopot. He currently works at the Provincial Psychiatric Hospital in Gdańsk and at the Mental Health Clinic of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration Hospital in Olsztyn. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders and psychiatric conditions in adults. His areas of interest include mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders (panic attacks, generalized anxiety disorder, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder), sleep disorders, addictions, and dementia syndromes. He also works with both amateur and professional athletes.

Education
- My education was not initially related to medicine. In 2001, I completed my master’s degree in physics at the Pomeranian Pedagogical Academy in Słupsk. After a year of working with middle school students, I decided to pursue medical studies. In 2008, I earned my medical degree from the Medical University of Gdańsk. I received my specialist title in psychiatry in 2015. I further expanded my specialist training with postgraduate studies in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at SWPS in Sopot. I am currently enrolled in postgraduate studies in sports psychology at the University of Gdańsk.
- I continuously improve my qualifications by taking part in numerous training courses and conferences in the field of psychiatry in Poland and abroad, including the APA Annual Meeting in the USA and the ECNP School of Neuropsychopharmacology at the University of Oxford (2016).
Memberships
- I am a member of the Polish Psychiatric Association (from 2016 to 2019, Chair of the Gdańsk-Pomeranian Branch) and the Polish Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapy.
